Wicked Laboratories (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect through wickedlaboratories.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. If anything is unclear, write to us at contact@wickedlaboratories.com.
When you use our contact form, we receive the details you choose to share: your name, email address, the package you are interested in, and your project brief. If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation happens inside WhatsApp under its own terms.
We do not ask you to create an account, and we never collect payment card numbers ourselves — payments are handled entirely by Stripe on their secure checkout pages.
We use your contact details and project brief for one purpose: responding to your inquiry, preparing a proposal, and delivering the services you hire us for. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Like most modern websites, we use a small number of trusted providers to operate: Vercel hosts the site and provides privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics that do not identify individual visitors. HubSpot may store your inquiry so we can follow up. WhatsApp (Meta) carries conversations you start with us. Stripe processes payments. If you book a call or fill an intake form, Calendly or Tally handle that step.
Each of these providers processes your data under its own privacy policy, and we only share what is needed for them to do their job.
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our analytics are cookieless and anonymous.
We keep inquiry and client information only as long as we need it to serve you and to meet basic business and legal obligations. If you want your information deleted, email us and we will remove it.
You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Just email contact@wickedlaboratories.com and we will take care of it.
Our services are aimed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
